CTD when GB attacks Venice

Any time I attack a Venetian unit in a battle (naval or land) or attack them on the campaign map as Great Britain, I get a CTD... anyone else had nation specific crashes like this (I've noticed the Huron posts, but this is active attacks against them, not turns)?
