Cursor keys stop working

Tried a search but can't find much.

Really annoying this - I use the cursors to pan around the battlefield and so on but every so and often the movement stops and I have to lift off the key and re-press it.
It's sooo annoying - is there a cure for this ?

My specs are OK - I dont have much less than 30-60fps going on during battles, even the campaign map works ok for me

any help much appreciated.

What firewall do you use? some firewalls may block the game from picking up keyboard strokes.
