I have just a easy question,how can i make Knights of St. John playable?

I got to main\startpos.esf\CAMPAIGN_STARTPOS\CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO\FACTION_INFOS\FACTION_INFOS

And and i put two from false to true but i still cant play with them.

If I understand correctly, you need to also modify the 'Type' field (third column) to read 'playable'.
It will be 'non-expansionist' or 'minor' at the moment.
