@Rotaugen2009 Well, you do have a point. But still (especially historical stuff directed at noncombatants) are still sensitive. For example: I don't believe that any WWII game would dare put the "Holocaust button" in, while it would let you direct battles with possibly hundreds of thousands casualties. Right? The only soldiers who can feed their wife AND children would be officers. Common soldiers lacked often the money to marry a girl.

Don´t know how it was in the 18th century but I read somewhere, that you could only marry in the late 19th century when your commanding officer gives you a certificate (that you have enough income to supply a family).

Then do not take Spain in the XVIIIth c. they're much more powerful in ETW than in reality: underdeveloped until XXth c. No such luck, the District Commissioners were constantly reposted, to avoid mundanity and heat bringing on madness and depression.
