    That is quite possible, but doesn't he have robotic legs. He must really need water really bad if he's willing to risk rusting his legs. .

    His cape is obviously moist. How is he going to dry that, he can't even take it off.
    Also the death star was built in the Maw system where the only moisture was extracted from rocks not the ocean, duuuuuuuuh.
