Cannot join multiplayer - different version
Since a few days, I cannot join multiplayer games anymore. I used to be able to play multiplayer and did not change anything in the game, but suddenly, every game host seems to have a different game version.
That's really strange, I already reinstalled the game and nothing changed.
Anybody got the same problem?

Re: Cannot join multiplayer - different version
Yes, it's been like that for a while. Someone suggested that it may be caused by people applying the 'insufficient video memory fix' (I had that) - or it may be that some people have applied mods.
I swapped over to my older system that has a 9800GX2 card and I saw two MP games (land battles) that I could have joined.

Check your C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME HERE\application data\The Creative Assembly\Empire\Scripts folder
If theres a file named User_scripts.txt move it to desktop and then try.
NOTE: application data is a hidden folder so you have to enable viewing of hidden files and folders.
