If you think's bad gross, check out Delgo's epic box office fail. $40 million budget. Six years of production. Approximately $500 000 earnings on opening night, with approximately $700 000 overall. So that's about 3 viewers per theatre on opening weekend. 1.7% of their budget earned back. Lol.

About Street Fighter, if anything, watch it for Chris Klein's hilariously awful "acting". That guy was so over the top and unconvincing for the entire movie. One critic said he couldn't even get out of a car believably and he wasn't kidding. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating when I say he is the worst actor alive. I was laughing every time he was onscreen.

I wouldn't go as far to say that there should never be videogame adaptations into film. Some work, and some don't.

Chris Klein used to be okay. Like in American Pie and Election. Then again, both were 10 years ago, so...
The only thing that seems mildly cool is Neal McDonough as M. Bison. It seems consistent that the guy who plays Bison is way overqualified for the film. Both Raul Julia and McDonough.

It's sad when the balls awful original live-action film is more true to the game series' storyline.

I liked the 1st Street Fighter,Van Dams accent was kicking,Raul was great,Tammy was hot,Vega looked like a member of the Fab 5,but Sagat was abit lacking.Like they got an old man off the street and gave him an eye patch.
Ryu meh,Ken kind of reminded me of Johnny Cage from Mortal Combat(Which i also liked).

Yeah, say what you want about Street Fighter the movie (imo horrible) but Raul Julia is the one and only Bison. I still chuckle whenever I think of the scene where he's trying to pay with his own printed money.

I bet this will be a movie that will make up the loss on DVD sales however. Things like this tend to work out, I think this is how Uwe Boll still manages to be able to make movies.
