i'm playing as prussia and its like the year 1740 or something and i had a revolution a decade or so in the past to become a republic. I just noticed that all of my troops have morale thats like at least 5 higher than normal. for example, line infantry have 15 morale upon recruitment.
is this a glitch? or a consequence of my government type? or some other factor i'm not aware of?
