unspecified error when loading! help

hi guys have had a hell of a hard time even installing this game and getting it to run, but now everytime it starts, it shows the rider for a bit but then it crashes and gives me the "medieval has encountered and unspecified error and will now close" error message! I have browes these forums and have reinstalled medieval, patched it up to 1.3, downloaded the mod, patched said mod and downloaded the "vista fix" since I am running on vista. I am at the end of my strength and am out of ideas. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried the animation fix

i tried but couldnt find the vanilla folder and also wasnt sure if the text is all you have to copy?

The animation fix, has nothing to do with text...

In C or D or whatever your PC dive is there is SEGA/MTW2/BC/data folder. In that folder there is lots of files and folders. Go to one named Animations. In that folder there should be 4 files. Copy them.

Then go back until you are in SEGA/MTW2/data folder there too you will find Animation folder. Paste your files you copied form BC here. Say OK to replace the existing files.
