Blocking diplomacy with a country...

Ok so im play as the Maratha confederacy and I just conquered all of Inida and now im going to spend a few turns building up my economy...but of course the European factions want in on the money and evry single turn im recieving offers from Great Britain,Sweeden,France,Spain and the United Provinces asking for regions in India.
At first I didnt mind but now its getting seriously annoying because I have to deny all these offers evry SINGLE turn

so my question is,
Is it possible to temporarily block offers from other factions?

everyone has this problem and i really hope they find a way to stop the constant spam , as of now we just have to live with it

you could declare war on the most annoying offenders though

I was thinking just that
Instead of solving the problem just invade and destroy evry country spamming you with offers,
I guess that will have to do for now

I keep getting offers from countries wanting to trade my territories such as Alsace-Lorraine for small territories in the middle of no-where. I wish that there was a 'block diplomacy' option or even an 'ignore faction' button. However, if there was one I am sure that this would be 'on' for any AI faction so you won't get to have any trade with them....

There is one good thing about it
With all the regions im being offered in return I was thinking of just accepting all of them and than retaking the region
By the looks of it I would control quite a large chunk of Europe and America if I did,and knowing the AI they would offer even more regions even after betraying them like that

You can do that, you can exploit the AI, but then it also kills your game... For example:

Someone posted a nice trick, offer them indefinite military access for 1-2K, and then revoke it. To everyone. Then repeat until they're broke.

Make sure you have troops that are on a border such that they can take the territory back in one turn. Accept the exchange, then declare war, take it back (it'll be practically undefended), then get a ceasefire.

I remember doing this in a Genoese campaign when France kept wanting Savoy. In the end, i'd taken Curacao, the Windward Islands, and Newfoundland off them before they stopped spamming me with territory exchanges (after which, they offered me a damn Trade agreement for Savoy... idiots), and that was simply by selling and recapturing Savoy constantly (they accepted a ceasefire immediatly every single time

, and funnily enough, never called their allies against me either).

In my previous campaign I suffered the diplomacy-offer-spam the OP was describing; every turn my Austrian ally requested Poland and France requested New England and Algonquin.

However, in my current campaign I've suffered much fewer requests. I destroyed France early and I didn't destroy the Poland-Lithuanian faction until later; but even after a conquered Poland the Austrians haven't request to trade for it every turn. On average it seems like once every 5 turns (or more), which is acceptable IMO.

After the Bavarian faction inexplicably declared war on my and I conquered them the next turn, the Austrians requested Bavaria and I decided to give it to them rather than have to garrison and rebuild it myself. (That freed up one of my offensive armies so I could launch a coordinated, global assault on the Spanish faction; I divided that army and used them to capture Milan, Sardinia, and Naples in less than two turns.)

I don't know why the diplomacy spam was so terrible in my previous campaign but it's been reduced in my current campaign. If it's currently happening to players, but not me, then CA can't be credited with resolving it with a patch; so maybe a campaign can become "broken" and suffer a diplomacy spam every turn, while other campaigns don't suffer this problem. Who knows?

That doesnt stop them from sending you offers
I declared war on GB who were constantly asking me for regions and they still kept it up

no i dont think they wanna make you able to block diplomacey bcus, if you always blocking evereyone then you bullying other countries and you know then CA would be sued for saying bullying is ok i dont think bullying is ook so i dont approve of this change
