lots of lag

Having played all the twc games, this is the one with the most lag. While loading up for a battle I actually read a book thats how much time it takes.
Also for some reason I find the game uninteresting, I liked Medieval2 and its mods. I guess I expected something different, like a better AI from Empire.

Graphics wise and programming wise its a game that needs a good computer. At first my computer was not able to play the game, just 256 mb video and 1 Gb Ram. But i upgraded my computer just for the game (+ 1 Gb and 512 Mb video) and now it runs smoothly enough. I enjoy the game very much (i also like the timeframe alot) but me thinks the game is not so different compared to others. Only the use of rakes and gentlemen is different. But i can understand you! Wait for the mods it will open up great possibilities i am sure!!!
