A generic mod enabler is a program that you install directly into your R:TW folder and it creates a folder entitled 'MODS' Into this folder, you place any mods that are NOT modfoldered, by entering the MODS folder and puting a new folder, named whatever the mod you want is. Then, you run the mod's installer, and point it th the folder you made, named whatever the mod is. The, you start the program and select a mod to enable. After it's loaded, it's replaced the folders that the mod uses (Data, etc) and has placed icons and stuff in the R:TW directory, AND backed up for you (In a hidden folder inside the MODS folder), so, when you disenamble the mod, your game is left untouched, letting you go and install other mods, or play modfoldered mods.
Link to generic mod enabler I use. Oh, and i've tested it and it DOES work for Roma Surrectum!
