Are these specs okay?

Hey guys, I just upgraded my computer. I have:

AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 3.1 ghz
4 gb RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8200 integrated Graphics card
320 gb hard drive

I have it on the lowest settings and the campaign map Lags Like CRAZY!!!! i am building a new computer over the summer, but I can't wait that long. is there a problem with the game? or is my computer not up to par?

It's your integrated video - The rest of it will run it decently.

If you have a PCI-E slot on that board, start with a new video card.

You do not need to build a new rig because your computer is fine. Like the person above me wrote, it is your video card and it is the only thing you need to upgrade.
