When I go to the campaign then choose a country, it loads right?
After it is done loading it goes to the "In game menu" and I cant resume and play! I just bought it so its new.. what do I do???

Have you put the graphic settings too high? Try starting in low settings first.

I have, I tried the graphic settings on the computer, and on the game. Anyway is comes out the same

I just go the game. I downloaded it and thats all. It fits my computer.. idk but this is getting retarded! I waited several weeks to get it, it does'nt work, I called customer service and the game is too old for them to help... im getting mad
