[Poll] Do you want CA to restore the already made battle-maps?

Hey guys,

It came to my attention after the alpha city fiasca, that those cities supported around 30% of the total game, which would of had us playing for 30% longer and a 30% increase in us buying the next CA product. I must say that while modding I found a very unusual fact. There are a dozen or so battle-maps in the game but in the files, there appear to be almost 100 (Including Scenarios). I tried enabling some cities but the ones I enabled, and the ones that a mod (that taught us about this file) enabled DID NOT HAVE TOWNS AT ALL. Which strongly suggests that those were the maps with the alpha cities inside. Now I'm not looking for the alpha cities restored. I and many others are looking for all of these battle-maps be restore. I'm sure very hard work was put in for these maps and it is right to give it to us, we are the customers who paid for the designers and instead of the designs going in the game it gets thrown away? No! This is a poll to see who wants the battle-maps and scenarios back! 3 Is not enough CA, please, as you did with the other thread, reply in this one and tell us what you will be doing. Even if it means restoring the Alpha cities for the battle-maps, you should do it CA, the current towns I fight are 60% fought outside the town, not through the buildings. This is a strong recommendation and will catch on with many many supporters. I urge you CA to listen to us and do it, but it is all your choice. I have no control but to form a group of supporters. So, let's hear it guys! Support the theory, and support the game!

The only thing I'd like to know from CA for the first week, is why did they remove this much battle-maps and scenarios? What was the problem? I see no problem and I hope they get finished and released in a patch.

So who's with me on this? Who wants the battle-maps back?

I'd guess they will release them when they're done, maybe as a free DLC so only those that want them download them rather than in a patch as I assume they'll be rather large (MB wise)... Hope they will in add them in the summer, but they're nowhere near as important to me as the multiplayer campaign beta which is what I really want..

Right now, I rather the battle-maps than the Multiplayer Campaign really.

the campaign isn't that enjoyable in ETW with all the bugs and crashs.

i shudder at finland (4v4). it could be a massive battle if all sides are filled with soldiers. it could totally kill the fps of the battle and battle of fontenoy (1v4)?!

My God, if only those were done on time. Now we have to wait for them to fix all the other crap before we can have these. Woulda been nice to have these to keep us entertained while the other stuff was fixed.

I was definitely shocked to see that only 3 Battles and a handful of Custom Battle maps (complete with weird money limitations and no ability to add farms or fences etc) were all that was included at release.

Of course I would like them!
