Setting Graphics

As we all know this game is still buggy as all hell. I run into the problem that every time i change my graphics settings and eventually exit the game because I do have other things to do, the settings reset. It's not that much of a problem, but it is damn annoying that I constantly have to change the settings. I'm running a quad core 2.4 GHz with 4 GB of RAM on service pack three XP. I also use the 9800 Gt, on my XPS that is only a year old. I'm tired of having to redo everything because I want the Ultra unit size because I use Darth's mod. Lousy CA should have thrown in the towel after Rome because they couldn't get any better than that.

Change your setting and then exit the game - apparently this works.

I had no problem with my Vista system keeping settings (apart from the flags which it always ignored).

Also make sure that the folder is not read-only.

Edited: Please don't bump threads it's against the TOS you signed up to.

I'll try that and I'm sorry for the b u m p, but it's one of those things I need help with cause I can't seem to fix it.
EDIT, No, not working, pissing me the hell off. God Damn this broke ass game.
