Transfering Apache Faction
Hi there, I'm creating a mod and I want to place permanent "camps" on the strategy map, basically certain settlements that are like the apache ones in the Americas campaign, and that regardless of faction cannot be upgraded past upper level camps (since their regions are supposed to lack the resources to do that). Right now I am fixing them to start as rebel settlements but they could be faction owned if necessary. I'm thinking right now of tagging a hidden resource to all settlements that can be upgraded and just leaving it out of those specific ones, since they are specific to settlement not faction.
Where's a good place to look for info on how (or if) this is possible)?

Well yes, capping is not really the problem. I know how to use hidden resources, but I want to know if I can make the camps permanently use the Apache camp model on the battle and strat maps regardless of faction. It's transferring the Apache models and where to find the code for them that I am not sure on. I've looked through the Americas files, but I can't seem to find it. Thank you though.
