    Icon6 Campaign Difficulty

Hey guys! I've just started playing Empire and I'm new to the forum. But I am a TW vet.

I was wondering if someone could give me the stats/details for campaign difficulty.

I want to be able to use my agents, and use all other features the way they were designed without gross distortions like too much/too little money or impossible diplomacy.

What difference does the difficulty level make?

Im not quit sure, but i recommend hard/hard in any case, cause for vets the game is to easy even on that.

In fact i recommend, dont play vanilla at all, try imperial splender or darthmod both have brought me much more fun than vanilla.

    LOL!

All of Europe in just 30 minutes
Even on easy I dont think you can go that fast
The battles would be at least 5-10 mins on average taking the time it takes to march to the enemy or did you just make a couple of stacks, put generals in them and go on auto resolving?

it was my first go 1 so i just tried prussia and i had vh vh settings so i had to see what its like man!!!

seriously though, i would LOVE ETW to be a little like EUROPA TOTALIS 2 which is coming out today in uk - because its realistic and challenging

P.S - what do you do in vh battles - they are so tough that the only thinng you can do is get loads of men and surround them and just butcher and slushfest lol

I dont play on very hard,I play on hard with Darthmod
(Im not sure but I think thats harder than VH)
Well for any battle realy I like to have
    1 General
    2 units of Cav
    10 units of Line infantry
    4 units of foot attilary
    3 units of greniders

I always take up a defensive position, have 2 rows of line infantry, put the greniders behind them, put the cav on either side of my army to prevent the enemy from flanking me,set up my arty on a hill next to my troops if I have a good position otherwise I put them behind my greniders. And I keep my general at the very back.

Thats my faveourite line up but I sometimes change it around depending on what I have available.

Hope that helps, too tired to write anything with much detail
