Rome Total Realism Problem

When I start up RTR Platinum v1.9 I get the message:

Script error in data/descr_battle_map_lighting_and_fog_control.txt, at line 7, column 1. Expect reading 'min_light_intensity'

Then the game shuts down. Can you help?

you havent installed the mod properly, or the modders need to fix it. either way, asking in the RTRPE forum will yield more help than asking here.

Where did you install it to? The path should be C:/Creative Assembly (or Activision or SEGA)/Rome - Total War. Not the Data folder.

Try uninstalling the mod (hope you installed the mod-switch version, if so just delete the RTRPE folder in your RTW folder). If you installed the overwrite version, be prepared to reinstall RTW.

I have been playing Rome Total Realism for quite a while but it shuts down now when I click end of turn. I am at year 58 BC.
