hordes dont appear

Where is the part of the script that sets the event counter?

Stephan, you were correct the first time. EventCounter is used in conjunction with monitor_event EventCounter. EventCounter does not take a parameter because it works with the counter exported by the EventCounter event. I_EventCounter, on the other hand, takes an argument. I'm pretty sure the problem is that you forgot to explicitly declare the event counter for teutonic_order_invasion_warn in descr_events. I haven't used this file in a while, but IIRC, if you use the declaration event historic, a counter is not created by default. In any case, why not just use I_TurnNumber for your monitor?
