    Icon4 problem with pak extractor

    followed these instructions down to the dot but all the files under UI are empty, did i do something wrong?

    Did the DOS window close by itself just a second after it appeared, or did you close it manually?
    If you're running Vista, are you running as admin/have you turned UAC off?

    I assume you closed it after you were prompted to, right?

    If yes, then I don't know what went wrong, try again maybe?

    says on the doc it failed to open a lot of files, i think thats it but idk what to do about it. how long does it usually take to finish?
