Rake/Enemy Port Bug - Transfer Button

So I took my rake and had him infiltrate a port in Savoy's home territory;

Once he entered the port, I clicked on the port and selected the "Agetns" tab, lo and behold there is the button to transfer troops to a ship. I say "what could it hurt?" and click it.

My rake now resides on the Mediterranean Sea and the ships from Savoy can no longer leave the docks so far as I can tell.

lol. I was great britain, put 5 gentlemen and 3 rakes on a ship, I had the ship enter dutch port who where my enemy, went to off load the agents and poof, they disappeared. not on the ship not in the port, no where. lol
