Any ideas on this darth?

I know it could be a false positive but happens as is being downloaded which is wierd and your second link is dead.

Most probably a false positive indeed. Perhaps you should report it to your virus scanner company. In the mean time I suggest just ignoring it, as a threat isn't very likely.
