it's really strange, I just downloaded the new version and it works fine for me. You should first delete the older version of TGOTRE and then install the new version.

Love this mod, but I think your original Line Infantry units with the longcoats were superior and more unique than the new model.

The Light version doesn't change any files exept the textures. So it doesn't change any gameplay features. This issue has something to do with Darth Mod.
Yes you are right, but the thing is that Light Version is for those who wants to play Multiplayer or uses multiple gameplay mods that affect the game mechanics. TGOTRE Light just changes skins of vanilla units (not models) and doesn't affect gameplay.Love this mod, but I think your original Line Infantry units with the longcoats were superior and more unique than the new model.
I know Osprey is not always the most accurate, but this is how they portray the early 18th century Russian nobility cavalry (and provincial cavalry), which differs from the unit that you have.
I really like your mod, I would like to know when an IS version will be released?
I haven't encountered any problems with IS so far. I use the IS startpos so I suppose some things are not right but it runs well.
then some feedback:
Yesterday I fought the Russians for the first time in my Ottoman campaign (they are kicking ass in the campaign) and pitted my top notch infantry elites against a unit of Russian militia. It was 200 vs 350 but still my elite grenadiers were kicked into the snow by the militia......don't suppose this is right?
For each Russian grenadier unit (250) I had to line up 2 Ottoman line units in order to hold them back, which seems somewhat right to me. Altough the Russian grenadiers are thus stronger then the Austrian and Prussian line infantry which is not completely right perhaps. Those grenadiers were around rather early (turn 35 with 4ty).
We preparing sub-mod for this mod - Russian Guard Regiments. There will be two kinds of Guards regiments - early and late. Screenshots:
Preobrazhensky Lifeguard regiment Early:
Preobrazhensky Lifeguard regiment Late:
Life-Guards Semenovskiy Regiment Early
Life-Guards Semenovskiy Regiment Late
Life-Guards Izmailovskiy Regiment

Life-Guards Grenader Regiment
Hey any chance you could make your startpos.esf somehow like this?

I'd really like the mod sized units in the start.
First, amazing retexture.
One Question. Have you also reworked faction Georgia ? If not, could you do it for the next release ?

Enjoing the mod! Just noticed small litlle thing - when you click on Zaporozhian Cossaks, they respond as if they are infantry. Nothing major though.
Спасибо за классный мод!
