Cannot repair Greenwich Port

Help! France attacked Greenwich and now I can't repair it! There isn't a button as an option, not even a grayed out one!

Well, is France's fleet parked in the port? Or are you sure you have enough money to repair it? Severely damaged buildings can be quite expensive to repair.

France's fleet aren't there. I definitely have the money. The problem I have is the actualt button used to repair the port isn't there in the first place. Neither are any other options to do with it. Is there a way to destroy it, or an alternative button to fix it?

Please help, I can't trade with one port

Take a screenshot of the window open on the port with no button, make sure you have that port also in view on the campaign map!

I would like to see what exactly it shows you on screen.
