UP remerges

Around 1732 the French strom in to UP an whipe it out two turns later UP remerges. Minus it's colonies, which are now rebel or pirate.

Playing as Prussia on H/H, an without deley I send a ship to the america's with troops to start taking dutch colonies.

I have got to say I recently started a UP campaign and its my favourite one so far. In my previous campaigns UP has never been attacked.
