Technology Research time editing

I was wondering if anyone knows how to edit the length of time it takes to research a technology? Editing the building times for units, and buildings is easy there is a variable for the length of time it takes. But I can't find the variable for the technology using the editor the only variable that I can find that may resemble it is the research points.

That should be the one. Technologies don't have a fixed amount of turns, but all the research points generated by a school go towards the tech that is being researched.
