Roman Leadership minimod for EB 1.2

Roman Leadership for Europa Barbarorum 1.2 minimod 1.0 by DraeKlae

Features:

This minimod removes the original EB senate trait system and replaces it with the Roman Leadership system by Marcus Camillus for Rome Total Realism Platinum.

The Roman Leadership system is also included in the Extended Realism mod, also for RTR Platinum.

The Leadership system tries to simulate the cursus honorum of ancient Roma, in which one would be tribune, then praetor etc.

Warnings:

Besides the original senate traits, the Moderatvs trait had to be removed, because of its requirements.
This minimod is (probably) not savegame compatible.
I have not yet fully test this mod; there might be problems. Please report bugs and suggestions to the e-mail in the copyright.txt file.
This minimod was created for EB 1.2 with EB 1.2 submod pack 3.1; there might be problems if you don't have the submod installed.
This mod may cause malfunction of changes made to the game's files through modding or installing other mods.
Installing updates or other mods that alter the files that this minimod replaces may cause problems with this minimod's installation and BREAK YOUR GAME. ALWAYS BACKUP.
DON'T FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR EB FILES AS THIS MOD MIGHT CORRUPT YOUR EB INSTALLATION!

Technical:

This minimod alters EDCT, export_ancilliaries.txt, EDA, EDVnVs, EVnVs and descr_strat.txt. These files WILL be replaced, be careful.

Could you post a link to more information on the mini-mod here, so we can see what it does in greater detail - preferably with screenshots and stuff. I'm not familiar with Marcus Camillus' RTR: Platinum mini-mod.

I have 1 comment though:

In what way does the EB system NOT simulate the cursus honorum?
In EB all characters have to become tribune first, then quastor, then aedile, then praetor, then consul and then censor.

The Roman Leadership system works with a "Military Service - x years" trait, which counts the number of years the character has been in the Roman Army and, thus, it is easier to know when your character should be a tribune, a legate etc.

It does not have censors, quaestors and aediles, however. It works only with tribunes, legates, praetors, consuls and governors.

IMHO the EB system is better on its own, but I would give gold to see them combined!

I thought I'd try this mod and I have to say I really like it.

But I have a problem, I just got my first familiy member promoted to Legate and he should get a banner (Legio I) but instead there is a just a text and no banner. I made a screenshot:



Can anybody help, or is this normal?

I just found out I'm missing the tga files. Can anybody tell me where to get those, I can't find them anywhere.
