I know a number of people have pointed out that building descriptions aren't done yet.....but I would like to offer that if you have any ideas, or would like to write some of them, please let me or Tone know.
We could use the help. All you have to have is a fairly creative mind and a spell checker. Seriously, anything to help, any historical ideas or ways to improve will be considered.

Here's some stuff I wrote for the Celtic Barracks Complexes/Training Centers. These are just a "test" pieces to see if this is the kind of stuff you are looking for; I could probably finish the rest of the Celtic Barracks (as I only did the Celtic Settlements + Levy of Clans and Tribes).
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
"Celtic Settlement"
Your warriors have successfully conquered this settlement, adding it and the surrounding region to your domain. All the valuables have already been taken, adding to you coffers, but should you wish to make further use of the province, you must allow your people to settle down here and begin integrating your culture with that of the region. To do so will take time and a small sum of money, but the presence of your people will eventually allow you to recruit men both loyal and eager to serve your cause.
This is but the first stage of you and your peoples' dominance over the region, and so will only allow you to recruit low-quality troops fit for little more than simply drawing attention away from your true warriors.
"Levy of Clans and Tribes"
Now that the people of this region have at least partially been assimilated into your culture, you may begin levying men into your forces. When the call to arms goes out to the various tribes and clans in the surrounding area, young men from all corners of the region will gather here, eager to get a taste of bloodshed and battle, and they will each be given rudimentary training and equipment before being sent off to fight. The troops that come out of this building will likely be forced to rely more on their instincts and skill, rather than training or equipment, in battle and so, should not be expected to provide the same deadly efficiency as your more experienced warriors.
