Heavy First Rates have the usual naval ensign in the back of the ship, two pennants up top, and then another ensign on top of the center mast. Usually, that is.

I've noticed that alternate flags (generally republics, also this also applies to the US Monarchy flag) don't have the center mast flag. This is very annoying.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? The flag up top seems identical to the ensign on the stern, so it's not like secondary flags are missing any files.
