We now have an AUH Website. You can see the website by following this link:
http://www.all-under-heaven.com/
It is very bare, I haven't had the time to do anything with it besides a very basic setup. The website is produced using Concrete5 Website Building software, which has an easy to use interface(WYSIWYG), but also has extensibility that supports the usage of HTML, CSS, and other more advanced website functionality. If any of our devs have experience making websites in JS and CSS, you can contact me and I'll see about providing the necessary access with which to do so.
This website is intended to serve a number of functions. First, it is a public website, so like some other mods such as EB, RTR, etc. we can have information in website form available to fans of the mod. Second, it has private functionality for developers which is explained more below, that will help in the development of the mod in various ways.
There are 5 Permission Levels for the Website:
Guest - No membership. Can view.
Registered User - Member of the AUH Team. Can view.
Developers - Member of the AUH Team. Once a user has been determined to have a need to be considered under this header from contributions to the team, they will be added. Can view public and private areas.
Super Developers - Member of the AUH Team. Same as Developers, except can edit pages on the website.
Administrators - Leader of the AUH Team. Has access to the administrative panel of the website.
Now I will explain the other facets of the website.
Joomla! Alternative
When creating the website, I was presented with two alternatives, Concrete5 and Joomla!. The former is a solid website builder with an easy interface, the latter is a full CMS with more complex functionality but that I am not personally familiar with. Rather than choose just one, we have both. Not much has been done with the Joomla! alternative web page, but it has been installed and is online.
The Joomla! CMS seems like a better choice then the Concrete5 in the long run, but until I can play around with it(or someone else can), we will be using the former. The alternative website can be viewed here:

If the Joomla! page at any point becomes the more prominent, transitioning to it should be a very simple process. At this time no links to it are provided besides here, since it is not fit for public consumption.
Wiki
The AUH Wiki functions as an extended development environment and may in the future double as a public information hub. Account creation on the wiki is restricted, devs who expect to be using the wiki-extended developer environment please contact me to have an account created.

WordPress Blog
A WordPress installation will be set up for usage as a community portal. Devs will be able to blog information that can be viewed to the public about the development process. Strict restrictions apply to certain information disclosure. Guidelines for what should be said and what should not will be explicitly stated in this thread in the future, breach of which may result in demotion.

Mailing List
DadaMail software has been installed to monitor a mailing list for AUH News. This mailing list will be accessible via HTML on the website home page, enabling users to easily subscribe to it. It will be used to provide updates concerning AUH, such as previews, releases, and other miscellaneous information. Schedule for updates is not set up, nor is what exactly they will entail. Any user interested in customizing the mailing list and what it includes is free to contact me.
The software can be viewed at the following link, an extension of it can be viewed on the main webpage.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
FTP Accounts will be set up for some users to upload files to the server or update files on the server. Depending on the level of access, files might be added to a specific sub-directory where they can be viewed and approved before being added, or the user might have write access to the actual files.
Every user can have an FTP Account to the server, which will upload to http://www.all-under-heaven.com/users/YourUsername/ . We don't want random things up here. Use photobucket or imageshack primarily, and don't go uploading 300 MB files. Most users will probably have a file size cap, but if more space is needed they can PM me about the reason.
Some users will have FTP Access to the file directory. Currently this is only Yelu and myself.
Additional Forums
We also have additional vBulletin forums, and vBulletin Project Tools, but I haven't decided what if anything I want to use these for, and some complications have arisen in the setup.

You may use this thread to discuss the website and all its sub-software unless another thread is created that is more suited to discussion of a particular feature.
