I'm created a new skin to guard infantry french but the red color is brilliant at the light....how must I do to resolve the problem?

The gloss map has two channels filled, one channel shows which parts should be filled with the faction color, the other channel shows which parts should be shiny/metallic. I don't know by heart which channel is which, but that should be easy to see.
How solve it?
in the gloss_map who must I go at change?

Open Photoshop with the gloss map, set channel to green only, make white what should be glossy, make black what should not be glossy.

Nothing....there is always the problem....it is not the green channel....

the red colour on you diffuse texture is very bright. Try to shade it to the darker one and it won't shine in the game )
I have color the alpha channel of White and i solve it.....
