Orc faction generals are more or less bound to get the trait one way or another due to multile triggers in their case.

'Good' factions can get it if they fight other 'good' factions or either:
attack a force that you're 1.3 times greater than and win and kill 50% of the enemy or
just win a crushing defeat against an enemy army where the balance of forces was 0.95 against you and you kill over 70% of the enemy.

Are neutral bandit factions included in 'good' factions? The later two seem impossible to avoid too. Does auto resolving avoid getting that trait? I've been having this problem with good factions and I'm guessing this this is what is causing it.

As far as I can tell it includes the bandits/rebels yes. Auto do not help.
Could suggest you remove the trait(s) manually? http://www.gamewinners.com/Cheats/in...l_2:_Total_War

Not used this cheat myself, so not quite sure what trait name you must give, I presume the actual trait name but there's also levels named otherwise, though don't think thsoe are needed. The name of the trait is BattleDread

    4. Build blacksmiths in other cities. A rebuilt Gwaith-i-Mirdain guild will eventually be offered. Build it.
    5. Grow culture in Ost-in-Edhil to at least 80% Elvish.
By building blacksmiths in other settlements you create 'guild points' that enable you to build guilds (trough offerings at the start of turns).

OBS, make sure you do not build inay other guild in the city as there can only be one in each settlement

Is the 10000 in ther treasury an actual requirement or the cost of the guild

    Thank you very much!

    And another thing.

Sauron got his Master Ring's back, and he declared war on all my allies and me(We weren't at war with Mordor).
I read in some some web sites that he will call invasions on all of your settlements(One by one)So:
"What about making like:The last march of the Eldar"

I build the biggest army I can without killing my economy, entirely made of Eldarinwë Spearmen,Archers, swordsmen,Nobles,Smiths of Eregion,Mithlond Nobles and march Towards Mordor...My treasury is REALLY large(137.702 Gold coins) so,I manage to keep sending armies if Sauron destroys one,I send another and another and another!
    Sorry for any misspelings.

Two epic Elven stacks should easily be able to destoy Mordor, it's not as if they have quality troops. Just make sure you have a few bodyguards with you, great for moral and awesome cavalry of course.

I'd take three for good measure. One through the Black Gate, a lower-tier army trailing that for garrison and replenishment and the other top-tier through the Morgul Vale. The 2 main ones, after taking over the rest of Mordor attack Barad-Dur together. Feel free to take seven years between taking over Barad-Dur and all the other places.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I am me. You are not me. You are you. If I was you, I wouldn't be me.
If you were me, I'd be sad.But I wouldn't then be me because you'd be me so you wouldn't be me because I wasn't me because you were me but you couldn't be because I'd be a different me. I'd rather be any kind of bird (apart from a goose) than be you because to be you I'd have to not be me which I couldn't do unless someone else was me but then they would be you aswell so there would still be no me. They would be you because I was you so to restore balance you would have to be me and them meaning all three of us would become one continously the same. That would be very bad.

I would capture all high level settlements if I were you. The Isengard faction still holds the Isengard settlement? Take it. Moria? Take it. Any settlement that allows you to recruit what you need is going to be immensely helpful.
    In it for the rep.

I ceased fire...I captured Byrig, however they had a full stack army just came from nothing and it was almost a certainty that it was going to Siege Tharbad, one of my best Settlement. And,I do have Moria,it's my best City,it will actually Help to create armies against Mordor.

I hope this thread is not turning into a High Elves Guide.. cause there is one here, along with many other guides: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...-H-H-amp-VH-VH

    Get back to topic please.

Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.

    Well I have another question:

How do you get the Eldarinwë Lancers,Imladris Riders and Mithlond Nobles?
    Please Explain each of them.
    Thanks

Eldarinwe Lancers can be built in any settlement with Level 3 Stables. They are heavy cavalry.
Imladris Riders can only be trained in Imladris with a Level 3 Stables. They are cavalry archers.
Mithlond Nobles can only be trained in Mithlond with a Level 3 Barracks. They are elite sword+shield infantry.

And just to add to this, they are available after Barracks events.

It gives a population growth bonus - though only to the AI (in vanilla TATW at least, if you play a submod it may differ).

It also has these effects on player and AI:

    1) gives the Cultured and Aesthetic traits
    2) increases chances of getting the History or Dance guilds
