afaik no, something can be done with date if iirc.

to be sure you can google list of cheats for M2TW, anyway you'll never be able to recreate the campaign as it was, so just download latest MOS and enjoy a new one, much better IMO

Q: Does historical battles have time/score limit? If so, how do I remove this annoyance?

I was playing and the battle ended all of sudden just after Eorl arrived with reinforcements.

I'm not sure about the first part but in the battle editor in option then IIRC, you can load a battle there and edit it or create them to your own preferences.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I am me. You are not me. You are you. If I was you, I wouldn't be me.
If you were me, I'd be sad.But I wouldn't then be me because you'd be me so you wouldn't be me because I wasn't me because you were me but you couldn't be because I'd be a different me. I'd rather be any kind of bird (apart from a goose) than be you because to be you I'd have to not be me which I couldn't do unless someone else was me but then they would be you aswell so there would still be no me. They would be you because I was you so to restore balance you would have to be me and them meaning all three of us would become one continously the same. That would be very bad.

Ain't enough to just remove the time limit when starting a custom battle (same page where the map is chosen)?

If I install MoS will it conflict with my HS campaigns?

Yes. If you try to continue your HS comapaign from TATW/other mod in MOS, that is.
MOS do not support HS either, just so you know.
So either play your HS campaign till it's end or have dual installations, so can you play both your HS and play MOS; http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...erent-submods)

I guess it is based on the opposit question: "Why should there be priests in TATW?" and the answer to that is that there were no priests, nor fellows who run around to spread their own cultures to others.
Even states as Gondor who were good at expanding their borders far off were bad at transform the folks under their rule to their own culture and alligience.

From teh top of my head only DCI: Tôl Acharn have priests (or rather imams; named Loremasters) ingame, for Dúnedain factions, though they can not convert, only summon jihads (Tôl Acharns).

Religion was never really a major factor in any of the stories. Sure, people called out to Elbereth every now and then or something, but we never saw anyone praying or going into a church or anything.

The only organised church that we know of is the Númenoreans worshipping Sauron. Middle-earth is not earth ;-)

Default Why can't you attack your allies?

I asked this ages ago and got no satisfactory reply, even though it should be an easy question to answer:

What is it that prevents you from attacking your allies in Third Age?

Can someone with a bit of technical knowledge about the game enlighten me here?

    Many thanks.

Coded limitations, to make sure not factions back stab each other to the left and right but [to great possible degree] behave as they would or credibly might in lore.

If you want to remove that restriction (though to simply anull the alliance trough a diplomat and attack should be no big effort if you want to turn on them) i would suggest you make a post in the Mod Workshop's coding & scripting section and ask for links to tutorials and/or explanations on how to edit it; http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forum...-and-Scripting

It is, I blelieve, part of the MTW Engine, to keep treason of allies to a minimum. Thus heightening immersion, for it would usually be foolishness for a medieval King to betray an ally (not that they did not- it just got difficult for them to find allies afterwards... actually I will have to check whether there were any outright betrayal of alliances as such were personal).

It is possible to attack allies in Medieval 2.

When you press hotseat campaign in the menu, all of the faction portraits have a slight white glow around them. Disable the glow on all factions which you do not want to play by clicking on them, in other words make sure that only the High Elves and Eriador have the white glow around their portraits.

    Good luck with your campaign.

Yes, no merchants present. Some factions don`t even have assassins ( Elves ) .
American, French, Israeli and British government's ILLEGAL aggression against the Syrian people, without any proof for chemical attacks in Douma, and without waiting for OPCW to conduct their investigation..
Sons of *******, leave that poor, war torn country in peace.
If you are a citizen of one of these countries, then DO NOT ask any help from me on these forums, since, in protest against this aggression by your governments, I do not provide assistance/help anymore.
Let Syria be finally in peace.

A video of false chemical attack in Douma, Syria, which led to Western illegal attacks.

It's not a question of where it grips it. It's a simple questions of weight ratios; a five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

for their position, Rhun or Harad

if this will be your first VH/VH campaign I suggest you to go with one of those two, because they are usually easier to be played.

at any rate I believe you won't see much a difference between h/vh and vh/vh game, mostly is the campaign difficulty that makes the difference, not the battle difficulty, IMO
