I would say a woodworking resource, based on the trees and Foot's interview with Eagle Standard, its a resource meant to indicate an industrial wood working facility developed by the sovereign for the purposes of military production, so as to enable another level of weapons production.

Guys, the green thing doesn't look like a tree. You don't put logs in sacks. You put food in sacks. Whatever that green thing is, a shrub I imagine, is edible. Whatever is in the brown bags is for food. Obviously not fruit. Perhaps some kind of dried spice. Could be handy for baking or cooking for nobility. Raise loyalty. Raise authority....?

Very nice. I couldn't tell they were sacks. All I knew is that they were brown and there were trees. Brilliant! I love EB, I simply cannot wait until this is released! I wish I had some modding knowledge so I could help out!

I've always liked Europa Barbarorum for many things AND for the excellent looking resources! They make the map come alive and look less empty which is great since people live everywhere, not just on the map's cities.
