A few new previews on twitter!
A great way to end the day. I particularly like the detail on the helmet.

Are some of those iberians tonsured, or is that just graphical glitch?
They are tonsured. The hairstyle is inspired on an Iberian bronze figurine.
The truth is that this mod is a huge enough masterpiece this way. Both for the historical scenario recreation/immersion and for deepness of action ( management/battles ). Even is reductive call it simply a "mod".
I stood for 250 turns with AS, completed most of asian conquest from mikrasia to indus ( today i should erase baktrians away thus reaching the historical max extension previously got so far by alexander himself ). Got tired of this stuff? Damn, i'm looking forward to breach for the first time the european soil ( in the meantime i'll do a trip on the arabian shores and have a rendes-vouz with bosphoran dudes ), FINALLY ( ? ) i'll strike magna graecia.
Never got so far in any of RTW/M2TW vanilla/other mods campaigns. NEVER.
- COMING SOON - i'm preparing for THE great "venture" once i've done with AS: Pontus .
By the way ASIA is derived from indo-european AS CIA meaning I AM HERE. enjoy the knowledge.
This thread was buried deep. Deep.
Well done on the new Arverni and Aedui units!
Some questions:
1. Are they FM units or regular, recruitable units?
2. Are they available from the start of the campaign?
3. Will there be armor upgrades?
4. The Bituriges face mask - it looks like it's separate from the helmet. What's it based on?
None of them are FM units, Celtic factions have their final bodyguards already.
Both are late units, the Bituriges are also recruitable by Rome.
Thank you.
I asked the exact same thing on the Discord server, and Realm told me they're supposed to look like that. I think it looks a little odd, like they've got literal metal faces instead of a face mask attached to a helmet. Apparently the hair was designed to stick out the top. I'd like to see a scholarly source on that, though.
That interests me as well.
Also, I'd like to know why such late elite guard units aren't 100% armored on the torso. I don't think it's a matter of cost. The team felt that some of those fighters chose to go into battle without armor?
New unit previewed on the feeds!

New buildings are now avaliable on the twitter feeds!
To fight and conquer in all our battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.

My compliments again to Ariovistus. These buildings look highly authentic, it really provides an impression that people are actually living in them. I appreciate the additional details as well, including the vegetable patch. I'm wondering what vegetables these could be.
Thank you very much. It is precisely such comments that motivate me to continue working and improving my skills. Regarding the vegetables, they are turnips, radishes, carrots.

Very nice work on the new buildings. I can’t get over how good they look.
