    Default weird mod behavior

    I have a bunch of mods, IS and the luca_music to name a few, but they didn't seem to be active in game (vanilla music, vanilla building costs), despite being activated with mod manager (no pipmod either with latest mod version). mixing up the order of mods made no difference either.

    last night I randomly DEactivated the music mod and lo and behold, everything works (new music, legible pips, expensive churches, etc).

    what the heck?

    download the mod manager, I'll give you a link

    The odd thing is this all occured with ModManager v1.4
