Default Garrison script and base farm levels

Anyone got a garrison script, that activates when a city/town comes under seige?

Also does anyone know what final populations each base farm level can achieve. I want to know this cause I only want a few regions on the map that can actually achieve a high population level.

    Thanks in advance

Yes , LOTR-TW has one .. you could check out their scripts

As for the base farm level , i don't know , but you can put farm level to 20 or even more

There is no generic garrison script. It has to be tailored to have settlement names specific to the individual mod. Also, there is no direct way to check when a settlement comes under siege. You can check if there is an army belonging to another (specific) faction 1 tile away from a settlement (which is probably how LOTR did it), but you won't know if they've laid siege or not.

Base farm level controls population growth rate, not the maximum population. You will find that if you set it too high, your population will get over 24k very fast and you'll have problems with public order and frequent plagues.

For farms it is easiest I found to just edit the Farm to be destructable by removing the 'hinterlands' prefix from ALL farm references in game. I can reduce my population gain each turn that way. Darn handy in high province rebellion areas,ie Londonium. And God,my captured Thebes gets out of control as will Carthage at most times, aghhh(with Rome).
