    Default Weird AI behaviour during siege - SS 6.2

    Clean install of M2 TW Kingdoms + 1.5 patch SS 6.0 + 6.1 patch + 6.2 RC4

    I used search but found nothing, it could be that I didn't try hard enough. Delete this thread or move as you see fit if I made a mistake.

    When defending in a siege i noticed that when I charge/attack with my troops (knight in my case) enemies that are carrying siege engines (ladders, siege towers and battering ram) they drop them and defend themselves (as expected) but after they kill my units or I runaway they don't use the siege engines again. They just leave them there... And if I do this on all of their siege engines they stop where they stand, their big banners disappear and the little ones start moving/blinking between 2 units in stack. In this strange state they do not defend themselves nor do they reorganise their formations. I also noticed that this state ends when i open the gate with my own troops at which point they start charging towards it and if the doors close they return to their stupid-blinking-state.
    This happened on medium/very hard and very hard/very hard.
