Whats the difference?

For GB, they have Ferguson Riflemen and Green Jackets. I am wondering what the difference is. I noticed that Green Jackets get bayonets so they get better melee stats, but is there any difference with their range power?

If I recall correctly, the Ferguson rifles are breech-loaded with a screw mechanism, which means faster loading times.

i see, i thought they had same reload times because in unit card they had the same reload thingy.
