Weird horses

Hey are horsemen supposed to this (I'll explain down below)? IT's so weird...

When I send them to charge, they charge and effectively destroy the enemy. BUT after the charge, they sort of enter loos formation and start wandering aroung the field separetely, and end up having huge casualties (for cavalry), since it becomes nearly impossible to charge, then run, then charge again, etc.

Then they clash and:

EEVVVVEE ---- this is some horsemen sword-fighting the
EEEEEEEEE remaining infantry

V V V V - Now they get spread like this (just in front
V V V V of the sword fighting), becoming a extremely V easy target for other soldiers.
