Trouble with patches

I can't seem to get any of the patches I use to take to the game. I get them installed, but then I get stuck and can't figure out how to get them into the actual game, and version 1.0 is buggy as hell. Any help would be appreciated.

It is language specific and version specific. If yours is dowload like Steam or Sirect to Drive, contact them. It is over 600mb, so when ti starts, go take a long nap.

One thing that will ruin your install from the start is if the time/date stamp on the files don't match the installer's list, it will not update.
