no balance with non roman fction.

i play Seleucid with fun and i wait romans expand to my lands, with love.first 3 turns they lost 4 cities and they are in war with senate.i think they make a comeback if senate love them. in 10 turns have 1 cities and 12 turns are off.i start 5 campaigns and the result is same.
second i hate the map with non roman factions because is cheat and the game stuck between turns.

This has nothing to do with any help LordRaglan.

He is playing as the Seleucid empire and is waiting for the Romans to expand there territory so he could fight them.

Titanas : This game is meant to be played as Romans, the level of difficulty is set high for the human player if he starts a campaign as Romans. Romans don' t stand a chance if thy are set to AI. Some reasons for this is Enemies get more bonuses like experience and so on, Roman AI can' t destroy buildings with negatieve bonus to there happiness. Hannibal and Theaphanes in Italy are hard nuts to crap for the AI even for some experienced player when playing (yes here we go again) as Romans.

If you whant to play your game as the Seleucid Empire i suggest you plat RTR or RS as thy are excelent games to play other factions. SPQR isn' t developed for playing as an other faction.

ok hesus but with older releases playing as macedonia romans are difficult after defeat the armies of gauls and carthage.

sorry hesus maybe i should have been a little clearer - if you look at topic number 4 in my guide it explains that SPQR is designed specifically for Romans and that other factions maybe under/over balanced

although it doen't mention that rome is unlikely to survive as an AI

Well Carthage is going to be a pain in the ass if you play Romans and gauls will send you army after army but this is the point of SPQR it has to be difficult to be enjoyable. If you need any help i suggest reading the guide i provided, it might help you to get a good start. SPQR V7 Guide,
