    Default Relic Online

    ...move over!

    There is a new buggy online service in town.

    It's the most rootin tootin bug shootin online you had ever saw!!!

    YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAWWW!!!

    On a serious note.

    Why has ETW online been getting worse and worse as patches are released.

    When it first came out games were fine, no drops, no problems hosting games, and defenetly no desynch errors from what I saw.

    Now every other game its "Desync error" or "You have been dropped from the game" or "This game does not exist" and "Failed to host game".

    It's becoming more and more the crappy service that Relic online is. What is the dang deal guys, can't you get ANYTHING right?

    Its a simple case of them basing their decisions from the results they achieve with their own hardware. I doubt any of the CA testers will have a rig older than 2 years... lack of testing rigs with a large variety specs is a dangerous game to play. Regarding the game connection issues, this has been present since the beginning for me.

    The game is peer to peer *im sure u know already* meaning that the host and the person who joins must have a compatible connection between routers etc. Dedicated servers would eradicate this problem, but that wont be available in this tw game im afraid.

    This is the 'cutting edge' multiplayer CA promised us in their multiplayer trailer before release. Nice. This wasn't cutting edge a decade ago.

    Battlenet for starcraft and diablo 2 is far more efficient
