No war?

Is there a simple way to edit the text files and make the greeks and macedon neutral?
I'm quite new to the game, and I can't start the game having to face a large army like that!

if you really wanted to, use the force diplomacy.......take a diplomat to talk to the Macedons and force them to peace/trade rights......look for the link on how to use "force diplomacy"
