Default No more Pirates or names for ships

I have reached 1808 in my last GB campaign, the only one that will run now.

    1. Pirate ships no longer spawn on Tabago or Antigua, I see no land units either.

    2. New ships I build no longer have names. Pirate ships were devoid of names starting around 1760.

    The House of Baltar

Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers

ETW was released on beta... just ridiculous... like their choices and nationalism wasn´t enough...

Well they could just roll names round or better still add more fictional ones! Shoddy work really. I played till 1890, but never checked ship`s name. Didn`t know this.

If it`s like the other Total War games then yes. I went on till 2020 in MTW2.

I stopped extending time with Empires because the turns got slower and slower until it took 20+ plus minutes for a turn to finsih. This was with spacebar speed up AND not following Ai turns.

Don`t expect 1900 tech though, you`ll still be stuck in the 18th century technology.

Funny how we all play different.

I've played hundreds of campaigns starting with MTW Viking Invasion clear through to ETW,,,don't think I've ever made it to the last turn of a Grand campaign , I'd always get bored after becoming the dominant power,,,

and then some people play till 2020

    Yes it goes pass 1900.

And wow, that is hilarious 2020 in MTW2, did you hope for the space travels technology to arrive ?

Lol how can you not have the entire under your control by 2020 what would you have been doing at that late a stage in the game?

I always get bored when i start to control over 50% of the map, its no longer a challenge once you get a decent empire up.
