89% of teens would die today if Facebook was destroyed. if you are one of the 11% that would be laughing, copy and paste this to your signature.
65 percent of teenagers spend more time watching TV rather then reading ,if you are part of the 35 percent who read more than watch TV and are proud of it, copy and paste this into your profile.
98 percent of the population has a myspace. If you're one of the 2 percent that isn't an emo bastard, copy and paste this in your profile
93 percent of teenagers would have an emotional breakdown if someone called them a freak. If you are part of the 7 percent that would say "What was your first clue?", copy this onto your profile'

Ok...that was what I originally thought he asked, but I thought the sarcasm was a bit obvious.
I'll reiterate what I said,
It was a joke, because that is a vast majority of hip hop/rap to me.
There's no need to reply by saying "There's lots of rap that's not like that."....I know, hip hop/rap was/were the main genre(s) I listened to for a long period of my life...my brother played the first music I ever heard back when I was little (tu pac, run DMC, NWA, Mace, Puff Daddy, snoop, Dre etc...), then when I was old enough I listened to what I would consider to be the best rap (Just in my opinion), but that's not saying much as I've realized there's MUCH better music out there than rap.
What I did listen to the most off the top of my head:
People Under the Stairs, Blue Scholars, Arrested Development, The Beatnuts, Blackalicious, Boom Bap Project, Cunning Linguists (older stuff), Heirispecs, Hieroglyphics, Josh Martinez, Jurrasic 5 (older stuff), the Roots, K-OS, KRS1, ReMo conscious, Sound Providers, Tribe, Zion I....and everynow and then I'd listen to some Kottonmouth Kings, Cypress Hill and Bone thugs in harmony because I use to smoke a lot. (Enjoyed smoking to ragga much more though)

I used to be into the hip-hop.
The Roots
Public Enemy
NWA
Immortal Technique
N.W.A
Jedi Mind Tricks
NWA
Other "bands" pale in comparison.
I have approximate answers and possible beliefs, and different degrees of certainty about different things, but I’m not absolutely sure of anything, and many things I don’t know anything about. But I don’t have to know an answer. I don’t feel frightened by not knowing.
- Richard Feynman's words. My atheism.
Any band that doesn't glorify gangsta-culture, constantly speaks abouted and doesn't always have half-naked bimbo's in their clips.
But I like Common, A Tribe Called Quest, some Mario dude,...
And ofc ourse the oldies like NWA and Public Enemy
Some day I'll actually write all the reviews I keep promising...
