Ok I understand that in order to change governmant I have to have a revalution. with that being said. is it possable to for me to make GB a true Monarchy instead of a constitunal one. what the best way to do this any thing I have done in the past always leads to a republic.

in order to change your government to a monarchy, you need your nobles to rebel. try appointing ministers who offend the nobility, and set their taxes to maximum.
