Icon11 Looking for an Idiot Proof Tutorial...

I need a basic how to on something.

I want to make a mod that limits each faction to a single starting province, but I'm not sure how.

If I give all non-capital provinces to rebels, will the rebels stay put like in RTW and M2TW?

I also want to make it so that no one starts with an alliance/vassalage/trade rights.

I also want to edit it so that there are 4 turns per year and the victory conditions can be put off until 1850.

I also want to edit it so that losing a theatre will not lose a game, so if say the United Provinces lost europe they could continue playing.

To be honest I basically just want what's in my signature and will donate 50$ USD to anyone who makes the mod for me, however I'd love to make the mod myself I just need a link to the tools and to be told what to edit in a fairly idiot proof way

If I end up making the mod I'll of course upload it for everyone else.

not possible. You could give all the regions to rebels, but without a robust advanced tool to edit esf you will be spending hours and hours searching for AI entries in the BDI Pools for each of the regions the faction owns and these also appear in every faction's BDI because sometimes they relate to evaluating the military strength of a region and its faction.

Thanks much for the discouraging info.

Damn, all I wanted to do was make it so that all the nations started out on equal footing...

Anyway, is there anyway to negate alliances and make it so that losing a theatre doesn't lose a game?
