    Hello Guys,
    I am starting to play ETW again and i was wondering which of the general overwhaul mods i should take.
    I am planning to play as Portugal and in general my interests are:

    - Battle AI
    - All factions playable
    - Minor factions upgraded

    and:
    - Smoke would be nice
    - To be relatively "Bug free" is always important

    So would it be DMUC for me? or TI? or IS? And wich Submods would be most useful to them?

    Hi Berak Eisenfaust,

    I think all the Mod's you mention are good, though the one that should fit your bill the best is the DMUC, it has excellent BAI (and CAI), and options for all factions playable as well as many minors upgraded.

    In terms of sub-mods I would highly recomend Causa Belli, it has some excellent new units for Portugal from Geronimo2006

    No one that "loves" Darthmod will appreciate MODFs like IS, APE:TI, European Wars etc,.... they all take very different approaches (European Wars is more like IS than not).
    I'm obviously an exception to that rather sweeping statement. I just preferred the DM gameplay (and still do).

    Any way of making buildings last longer against artillery.
    Also in the real world cannons would not completely destroy most buildings and kill all the occupants.
    Hougamount held out all day at Waterloo even after taking huge punishment.
    The artillery should cause casualties and damage but not completely destroy.

    Hello, besides Empires of Destiny and Darthmod, are there any other mods with a huge selection of units and the best realism possible?

    Hello everyone

    I ve been playing the mod by Darth, and it is really good, except for how easily the Indians smash through my lines.

    So I was wondering if there are any similar mods, but with more manageable melee strength, please?

    This is true, but then a more glaring problem is that walls, fences and even haystacks can take a prolonged heavy bombardment without suffering a scratch.

    It's a mix of so many things that it is difficult to describe it. And the AI will stick to getting larger ships when they become available. Try it but doesn't work under 1332 patch.

    After looking through the threads of ETW mods it seems to me that The Right of Man is the right mod for me. Is there anybody who has alredy tried this mod and could give me any feedback? It would be rally appreciated.
    Other question I would like to ask is on what difficulty level are you playing and why.

    So I think the AI is easy to beat ,so I bought the original game (cause I love it) then I searched for mods that would increase the difficulty of the game and maybe even the game itself.
    I found lots of mods and I just installed A Proper Empire: Terra Incognita v1.0.9 via this site : http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/e...mod/34337.html (wich actually works!)
    So then i found this website and I saw that there are even newer versions of this mod?? (and also other comple mods like darthmod etc)

    So my question is wich ''complete mod'' should I choose and how is the latest version of this mod called? I find the campaign aspect more important for a mod then the battle aspect.

    I hope there are still people out there playing this game and willing to reply to my question!

    Hello all,

    After spending quite some time modding M2TW (My Fire and Blood Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire submod) I have decided to pick empire back up.

    The only mod I have installed for Empire is an additional units mod (I cannot remember the name).

    I have heard good things about Darth Mod - But I want to hear more about what else is out there.

    I was never a huge fan of the battles in Empire, as they seemed to revolve around two lines of men firing at one another for two minutes, and then the enemy routing.

    Better battle and campaign AI are what I am seeking the most, extra new features would be awesome.

    I am not fussed about skins or anything like that.

    But making all factions playable would be awesome to.

    So... any recommendations?

    Hi,

    I've been through the mods that have been made but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I would like to start a campaign from fresh, meaning that every faction starts off with nothing but a basic army and the regions they own. Everyone is indifferent to each other, no one has any buildings built or any navy to speak of. Kind of like the Warpath campaign but on the grand campaign map plus everyone start out the same as your tribe.

    Am I asking to much here or has it already been done?

    Uhh... How many technologies are there in ETW? Too lazy to individually change starting technologies via esf.
